The Botanical Garden will be temporarily closed to the public from 25 November to 5 December to allow for the completion of some conservation and maintenance activities funded under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) – Historic Parks and Gardens.

It is indeed time for the extraordinary cleaning of the water drainage channels in the ancient Garden, which accompanies the final phases of the Alicorno canal redevelopment project. The latter is carried out as part of a valorization project conducted within a collaboration agreement with the Bacchiglione Brenta Consortium.

Once the demolition work necessary for the restoration of the Bromeliaceae greenhouse and the installation of the new Quarantine greenhouse is completed, along with activities incompatible with public presence, the Botanical Garden will reopen for visits from 6 December.
